Easy Staff provides businesses with the ideal team members by focusing on seamless recruitment support, tailoring each hire to match clients’ specific needs and culture.

Understanding the Client

Easy Staff came to us without any existing brand identity, meaning we had the unique opportunity to build their brand from the ground up. Starting with an initial discovery call, it became clear that their team was new to the branding process and unfamiliar with managing such a large, complex project involving identity creation and transformation into a full-scale website.

Our agency guided Easy Staff through each stage, from concept and strategy to brand assets and website creation. We handled everything from the brand sprint and design research to crafting the visuals, messaging, and full content for the site. Our deep experience in creating conversion-driven, clear messaging made sure we could achieve their goal of speaking to two distinct audiences: businesses and private job seekers. Every aspect was designed to avoid cognitive overload, establishing a streamlined, user-friendly experience to maximize engagement and conversion.

Branding Insights

This unique emblem combines several images associated with people and collaboration. Depending on how you look at it, the logo can represent:

Brand Assets

Easy Staff’s brand assets were designed to be minimalistic and elegant, with ample white space to ensure clarity and impact. We worked with a limited color palette, focusing on two core colors. Orange was chosen as a primary accent color to emphasize Easy Staff's welcoming and approachable nature, which perfectly aligns with their mission of building connections. Orange is also psychologically associated with enthusiasm and energy, which helps build trust and resonates well with both job seekers and employers. This visual language supports a clean, modern feel that is professional yet friendly.

How We Created the Website

Creating the Easy Staff website posed several unique challenges:

  • Localization Support: With a large Ukrainian population currently in Poland (estimated at over 1 million), Easy Staff’s website needed bilingual functionality. We implemented a Localization add-on, prepping all content in both Polish and Ukrainian. Our team developed a content database and documentation to streamline proofreading and client collaboration, making localization seamless.
  • Sitemap and Content Structure: Knowing the project would continue to evolve, we built a flexible, focused sitemap for the first launch. Through strategy sessions with the Easy Staff team, we refined a clear website structure to match their immediate needs and leave room for data-driven adjustments in future iterations.
  • Dual-Audience Web Form: Given Easy Staff’s two distinct user bases—businesses seeking recruitment support and individual job seekers—our challenge was to create a single form that intuitively serves both. We crafted a solution that presents one unified form, yet offers subtle guidance to direct users according to their needs, ensuring both audience paths are optimized.
  • Design & Conversion Challenges: We faced the task of designing a clean, conversion-friendly site with simple yet effective navigation. The dual-purpose navigation bar was especially challenging, as it needed to change dynamically upon scrolling, adding complexity. Leveraging Webflow’s native interactions, we were able to design a custom navbar that meets both functional and aesthetic goals seamlessly.

Outcome

The result is a streamlined, visually engaging website that communicates Easy Staff’s message to both businesses and job seekers with clarity and precision. Webflow’s features allowed us to overcome each technical challenge efficiently, from advanced interactions to smooth localization. The final product is not only visually compelling but also structured to convert visitors into leads effectively.
